The Marcy Lab School uses a formal, organization‑wide job level structure with salary bands. All new hires start at the Year One salary for the band associated with the role, and salaries increase over time according to our framework. To promote equity and consistency, we do not negotiate salaries. We post the exact salary for each role and apply it uniformly to all candidates.

Is this role remote-friendly?

This is a hybrid role. You will have meaningful flexibility in your weekly schedule, and you should also expect consistent time on campus to be successful in your work.

You should plan to be on site at least one day per week at our campus located in Industry City at 882 Third Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. Being present with our Fellows and staff helps you understand the rhythms, stories, and relationships that shape how we communicate about Marcy.

There will be weeks when you need to be on campus more than once, especially when preparing for or supporting key events such as open houses, graduation, capstone showcases, employer convenings, and donor gatherings. These events are important expressions of who we are as an organization, and your leadership in the narrative and experience of these moments is essential.
