What does the interview process consist of?
- Apply on our Career Site (via BreezyHR) with your resume and cover letter
- Selected applicants will have a 45-minute phone interview with a member of our team.
- Candidates selected to move forward from the phone interview will be given a take-home assignment. The take-home assignment is designed to take approximately 5 hours. Applicants are paid for completing this assignment.
- After completing the assignment, you will be invited to meet with Reuben for a 60-minute Zoom interview.
- Next, we’ll invite you to a half-day on-site interview at our office in Industry City to meet some of our leadership team. If you are not local to New York, we will cover the cost of your travel and lodging.
- Your on-site interview may be followed by a final 45-minute call with Reuben to ask any final questions but also provide a space for us to answer any final questions you have about the job.
- The last step in the hiring process is professional reference checks and a background check.
